Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Lead, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless distribution, inventory accuracy, and process efficiency.
Duties
- Coordinate warehouse distribution activities such as shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, and materials handling.
- Operate forklifts for materials handling
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular audits and systems
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to OSHA standards and warehouse best practices.
Experience
- Basic MS Excel knowledge
- Proven experience in warehouse leadership roles within a logistics environment.
- Extensive knowledge of inventory management, shipping & receiving procedures, and warehouse distribution processes.
- Hands-on experience operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment; certification preferred.
- Prior experience working with e-commerce fulfillment centers or 3PL providers is highly desirable.
Education
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelors Degree is a plus
- High School and Collegiate Athlete is a plus
