We are seeking an experienced trust and estate litigation attorney or an experienced litigation attorney for our Fort Myers and Naples, Florida, locations.
The attorney in Naples will be working directly with a double Florida Bar board-certified attorney with more than thirty years of experience. This is a great opportunity to move into a position with significant growth potential. In just a couple of years, a well-qualified applicant will have the opportunity to take over a dynamic and very lucrative practice.
The ideal attorney should be focused on trust, estate, and guardianship administration and litigation. We do some planning, but that is not the focus of the practice. Trust and estate litigation is the focus of the practice.
We are looking for someone who lives in or wants to live in Southwest Florida and wants to become a part of the community.
Please note that applicants with less than one (1) year of experience will not be considered. We simply do not have the time to supervise a beginning attorney.
Applicants who are within five years of graduating from law school must include their class rank (expressed as a percentage or percentile relative to their graduating class) on their resume.
Applicants must also be admitted to The Florida Bar. We strongly prefer someone local.
