Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee high-end construction, remodeling, and interior build-out projects from planning through completion.
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to support accurate project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, estimates, progress reports, and related documentation.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, designers, suppliers, and internal project teams to promote efficient project delivery.
- Supervise project personnel and provide clear direction regarding priorities, deadlines, and quality expectations.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Three to five years of experience in construction, remodeling, interior construction, or project management.
- Experience working in a design-build environment.
- Experience with customized, high-end residential or commercial projects is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to prepare and manage estimates, budgets, schedules, change orders, and progress reports.
- Experience supervising personnel and coordinating multiple project stakeholders.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and availability to travel between project locations.
- Professional Engineer license is not required.

Pay: $55,899.29 - $62,000.88 per year
