Job Title: Caregiver
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. The Caregiver will assist clients with daily living activities which includes but not limited to: light housekeeping, meal prep, personal care, transportation. Caregivers will also participate in elevating the human spirit along with providing a safe and comfortable environment with in their own home. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospice care, long-term care, dementia care, and working with elderly to maintain their independence.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to clients in accordance with their individual care plans
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide medication reminders
- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the office staff
- Support clients' emotional well-being through attentive and compassionate interactions
- Respect and uphold client rights and dignity at all times
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and organized living space
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospice care, long-term care, or related fields
- Knowledge of dementia care best practices
- Understanding of client rights and privacy regulations
- Ability to lift and move clients safely when necessary
- Experience in home community care or direct support is a plus
- 6 Months professional experience is preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
