The Role
This is a hands-on, floor-based position covering everything from customer service to stock management. You'll be a key part of keeping the store running day to day - serving customers, maintaining the shop floor, and making sure the experience is a good one from the moment someone walks in.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Delivering friendly, efficient service to every customer
- Operating the till and handling transactions accurately
- Restocking shelves and managing inventory on the floor
- Keeping displays neat, fully stocked, and visually appealing
- Receiving deliveries and processing new stock
- Supporting loss prevention and store security standards
- Contributing to a positive team environment every shift

Experience & Requirements
No experience necessary - full training provided. Previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is always welcome but we hire on attitude first.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs.
