POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Server, you'll play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences from the moment guests are seated until they leave. You'll provide attentive, knowledgeable service while helping create an atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Guide guests through our food and beverage offerings with confidence.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, personalized service throughout the dining experience.
- Work closely with bartenders, hosts, food runners, bussers, and kitchen team members to ensure seamless service.
- Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready dining environment.
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
- Maintain menu knowledge, including seasonal features, cocktails, beer, wine, and daily specials.
- Assist in creating a positive, energetic atmosphere for both guests and teammates.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Take pride in attention to detail and exceptional service.
- Are dependable, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Are at least 18 years of age.
Previous serving experience is preferred, but attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are equally important.
