F10 Hospitality is opening the newest coffee spot in Palm Springs, and we’re looking for the best of the best baristas to join our growing team.
This is not an entry-level role. We’re searching for experienced coffee professionals with strong skills, great energy, and standout personalities who love connecting with guests and take pride in their craft.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive barista experience (specialty coffee experience strongly preferred)
- Confident with espresso machines, grinders, milk texturing, and drink execution
- Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and consistent under pressure
- Outgoing, lively, and guest-focused personality
- Team players who bring positive energy to every shift
- Full-time availability
