Summary
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Penn Emblem Company. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing outstanding support and service to enhance their experience with our products. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles is essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary.
- Experience in a call center environment is a plus but not required.
- Familiarity with office software and basic computer skills is preferred.
