Human Resources Generalist
Location: Turlock, CA
Pay: $28–$32/hour
Schedule: Full-Time

What You’ll Do
- Support daily HR operations including onboarding, employee status changes, and file maintenance
- Assist employees and supervisors with time and attendance, payroll questions, and policy guidance
- Help administer benefits, support open enrollment, and track leaves of absence (FMLA/CFRA)
- Support employee relations matters such as attendance issues, complaints, and documentation
- Partner closely with Operations and Production leadership on workforce planning and support
- Assist with compliance, safety coordination, and HR projects
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting hourly employees and working closely with Operations teams
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Familiarity with payroll, timekeeping systems, and California wage and hour practices
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working within structured policies
