The Opportunity
As the Client Success Expert (CSE), you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and professional experience for our clients and restaurant partners. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Resolving product or service issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Making inbound/outbound calls (100+ calls per day) to support our clients effectively.
- Confirming orders with restaurants to ensure orders are prepared on time.
- Utilizing logic to identify innovative solutions for clients.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Available Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
The Experience

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
- 1-2 years of customer service or restaurant experience is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.44 per hour
