Job Summary
Working at JA BizTown, you would be part of an engaging, hands-on learning environment that brings economics, business, and civic concepts to life for elementary students. As a team member, you help guide students through a simulated town where they take on roles such as business owners, employees, and consumers—learning how a community functions and how personal responsibility plays a role in success. At JA Finance Park, you would be assisting high school students through a simulation on financial literacy and checking in volunteers.

Key Responsibilities
- This position may only work 3-5 days a week, depending on schools attending. We'd appreciate if your available days are Monday through Friday. Work hours 8:30am-2:30pm approximate.
- Facilitate and guide student experiences at JA BizTown &/or JA Finance Park
- Deliver excellent customer service to all participants
- Open/close facility and manage operations in absence of Director/Manager
- Model effective teaching practices
- Ensure a safe, positive, and well-maintained environment
- Support conflict resolution and behavior management
- Maintain supplies and functionality of the facility
- Assist with data entry and program promotion
- Mentor new team members
Education/Experience Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.
