As a CSR, you will be the first impression of our company. We are looking for positive, energetic applicants with excellent people skills. Experience in customer service is preferred.
Duties will include:

Answering phones, scheduling appointments.

Checking patients in for appointments and out after their visit.

Filling prescriptions.

Interacting with customers and pets.

Assisting technicians and doctors.

Animal restraint.

Customer service.

Keeping the clinic clean.
Other Details:

Must be solution-oriented, accountable, and a direct and honest communicator.

Must demonstrate critical thinking and empathy and be able to multitask.
