Foxlink is expanding its business by launching a new manufacturing facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Foxlink Texas Inc. will produce SMT (Surface-Mount Technology) electronic products. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, precision-engineered electronic components that power the future of technology.
As we build our operations from the ground up, we are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Assistant Engineer to support the setup and ongoing maintenance of our facility. This role is ideal for someone who can perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, assist with equipment installation, and support daily operations in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine & Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Troubleshoot and complete basic repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility systems. Safely disassemble equipment or machinery to repair or replace defective components.
- Installation & Contractor Support: Assist in equipment installation, setup, and relocation as needed. Coordinate and oversee third-party contractors performing specialized repairs or services on-site.
- Collaboration & Documentation: Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks and projects on schedule. Review blueprints, manuals, and technical documents to accurately support maintenance work. Maintain tools, equipment, and detailed maintenance records.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all workplace safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and internal company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, or a similar hands-on role.
- Technical Knowledge: * Solid working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and effectively repair mechanical and electrical issues.
- Tools & Equipment: * Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments or testing devices is preferred.
- Certifications: An active HVAC or Electrical certification/license is a strong plus.
