IT Asset Management Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on IT Asset Management Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Asset Management department. Responsibilities of the IT Asset Management Supervisor
Supervise and support Asset Management team members in daily operational tasks
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate inventory tracking
Ensure secure handling, data wiping, and hard drive shredding in compliance with NAID standards
Train and retrain staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to support customer communication and workflow efficiency
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment
Requirements of the IT Asset Management Supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

2–5 years of IT asset management, warehouse, or operations experience
3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and lead by example in a hands-on environment
Compensation/Benefits for the IT Asset Management Supervisor
- Pay Rate: $22 BOE
