Homewatch CareGivers is seeking a Sales/ Care Admission Coordinator at our Phoenix location. Homewatch CareGivers provides personalized in-home care to support our clients’ unique needs. As a Care Admission Coordinator, you’ll administer, direct, and assist with coordination of the marketing and inside/outside sales efforts of the agency. Responsibilities:
· Assist with intake process, auditing the messaging, collecting information about lead origin and apply information to inside marketing efforts
· Record and maintain relevant data into Practice Management System (PMS)
· Maintain scheduling to support the intake process
· Update and maintain website, social networking pages, and related platforms
· Evaluate and sign-up for Business Development opportunities when authorized to do so
· Perform PR duties i.e. localize press releases (using tools from HII)
· Implement special projects and campaigns
· Direct Sales Support:
o Maintain on-site collateral, assess needs of internal staff
o Meet with team to assess collateral needs and communicate need/opportunities
o Collect PR, website, and collateral opportunities from local level and either execute or pass on to HII as appropriate
o Organize and plan seminars tied to nurture campaign – external marketing of events, event coordination and planning
o Attend Marketing and Business Development calls then disseminate info to owner and other staff
· Any other duty requested to maintain the operations of the business
Qualifications:
· Marketing or related experience
· CRM management
· 1+ years Microsoft Office and/or website organization experience
· Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
· Ability to actively listen and show empathy is essential
· Ability to pass all background screening
