Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations
- Answering the phone system promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously
- Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, and meeting arrangements for staff
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
- Support bookkeeping tasks including basic invoicing
- Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, handling correspondence, and managing office supplies
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
Experience
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities
- Familiarity with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
