Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate strategies that align with organizational goals and mission-driven objectives.
- Lead executive-level teams across departments such as operations, finance, marketing, and development to ensure cohesive progress toward strategic initiatives.
- Oversee financial management including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain fiscal health and transparency.
- Cultivate strong relationships with board members, stakeholders, partners, and community leaders to support organizational growth and sustainability.
- Drive business development efforts through innovative fundraising strategies, partnership building, and expanding revenue streams.
- Manage operational functions ensuring efficiency in daily activities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead strategic planning sessions to set long-term visions and short-term goals that promote organizational resilience and impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate strategy development coupled with executive leadership roles within a nonprofit or business environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing large teams and leading at an executive level with a focus on collaboration and mentorship.
- Extensive financial management experience including budget oversight at an executive level; familiarity with nonprofit financial practices is a plus.
- Strong background in marketing, business development, fundraising, and nonprofit management strategies.
- Exceptional skills in strategic planning, operational management, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Experience working closely with board members to foster governance excellence and strategic alignment.
- Leadership qualities characterized by vision, decisiveness, adaptability, and a passion for social impact or organizational excellence.
