Pay: Hourly rate for training, PTO, and holidays- $25.00-$30.00
Task/piece pay when performing work- $70,000-$100,000 average
*As a token of appreciation, offering up to a $5,000 bonus based on experience for those with a Kentucky Journeyman's license, paid out within the first year of employment**
Schedule: Monday- Friday, Occasional Rotating Saturdays
Responsibilities:
- Install various HVAC equipment in customers' homes following manufacturer specifications, including furnaces, air handlers, indoor coils, UV lights, air cleaners, dehumidifiers, outdoor coils, outdoor units, etc.
- Ensure that new systems work efficiently by inspecting and testing them.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to standard processes and procedures of the company, including properly stocking company vehicles with necessary parts, returning unused and defective parts, and ordering and restocking parts in vehicles as required.
- Keep the assigned company vehicle clean and performing any other duties directed by management
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
- Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, and option sheets.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Kentucky Journeyman HVAC Journeyman License
- 2 or more years of HVAC Install Experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
