Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the rehabilitation team to deliver exceptional patient care across multiple therapy disciplines, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and treatment plans aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and compliance with healthcare policies.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient treatment plans and optimize recovery outcomes.
- Monitor departmental performance through data analysis, quality assurance measures, and patient satisfaction surveys to foster continuous improvement.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives to build a motivated and skilled team.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to all legal, safety, and accreditation requirements.

Pay: $93,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
