Key Attributes of the Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Communication Skills:
- Proper email etiquette and well-spoken.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a must.
- Relevant Experience:
- Background in customer service and/or the hospitality industry.
- Experience in sales, including handling rejections and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with wholesale or retail operations is a bonus.
- Passion for Food:
- A genuine enthusiasm for the food industry is highly valued.
- Essential Skills:
- Self-accountable with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision.
- Exceptional time management skills are a must.
- Quarterly Bonuses:
- Quarterly Bonuses paid based on goal expectations and new accounts open.
