Primary responsibilities of the job include:
- Supervising commercial or water/wastewater construction
- Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
- Providing attention to detail and organizational skills
A successful candidate will possess the following:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent
- Experience with projects in commercial or water/wastewater construction
- Experience working with CMR would be preferred
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Direct experience with projects ranging from $5-10 million
Salary Range: $100-125K
