About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinician (LC) or Qualified Professional (QP) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional looking to provide clinical oversight, assessments, care coordination, and structured support.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, screenings, and periodic evaluations.
Develop, monitor, and update person-centered plans in alignment with state and regional network standards.
Coordinate care, community resources, and support services to ensure client stability and independence.
Collaborate closely with team members and administrative leadership.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within electronic record systems.
Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary.
Qualifications & Requirements
For Clinician Track: Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human services field, with active North Carolina professional licensure or associate equivalents.
For Qualified Professional Track: Education and experiential background meeting North Carolina QP standards for mental health and human services.
Strong working knowledge of person-centered planning, crisis intervention, and local network guidelines.
Excellent written communication skills and comfort with digital documentation and session delivery.
High level of professional reliability, organization, and independent problem-solving capabilities.
Compensation & Terms
Pay Range: $25 – $75 per hour (Commensurate with experience and licensure status: QP support vs. Licensed Clinical roles).
Job Type: Independent Contractor / Contract
Schedule: Flexible scheduling options with remote flexibility available.
Pay: $26.58 - $75.00 per hour
