NOW HIRING – RESTAURANT MANAGER
Full Moon Bar-B-Que – Montgomery Area
We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager with REAL high-volume restaurant experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3-5 years restaurant management experience
- Full-service or fast-casual experience REQUIRED
- NO fast food only experience
- Experience managing staff, scheduling, labor, inventory, and guest issues
- Must be able to lead shifts, work weekends, and handle pressure during rushes
- Catering experience is a plus
THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR:
- First-time managers
- Fast-food shift leaders with no real operations experience
- People with unstable work history
Ideal candidates have experience with:
BBQ, casual dining, sports bars, Texas Roadhouse, Jim ’N Nick’s, Chicken Salad Chick, Panera, local restaurants, catering operations, etc.
Pay based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
