Job Title: Warehouse Mgr
Location: Blytheville, AR
Reports To: Plant Manager Job Summary The Warehouse Mgr is responsible for overseeing all warehouse and shipping operations, including finished goods, coil receiving, saw areas, inventory control, and operational reporting. This role ensures safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials while supporting production and customer delivery requirements. The position requires strong leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a focus on continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all warehouse, shipping, and receiving activities • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste • Develop and enforce warehouse and shipping policies and procedures • Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards • Train, coach, and develop warehouse personnel • Communicate operational goals clearly to the warehouse team • Collaborate with production, logistics, quality, planning, sales, and HR • Promote a positive and team-focused work environment • Supervise scheduling, performance management, and disciplinary actions • Review daily shipping activity and resolve issues to avoid delays or added costs • Maintain accurate inventory records • Develop labor, vacation, and training schedules • Ensure timely loading, including pre-load and JIT requirements • Maintain confidentiality and report security concerns promptly • Delegate tasks clearly and effectively • Maintain regular onsite attendance • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field preferred • OR at least 5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse and shipping operations • Manufacturing experience required; steel tube or pipe experience preferred • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with JIT shipping, pre-load planning, and tight loading schedules • Experience with 3PL providers and rail shipping preferred • Proficiency with SAP, MS Office, warehouse dashboards, and crane HMI systems Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation • Bonus and profit-sharing opportunities • 401(k) with company match • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid vacation and holidays • Tuition assistance • Employee recognition programs Equal Opportunity Employer The company is committed to providing equal employment opportunities and maintaining a workplace free from discrimination

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
