Position Overview: Support our mission of maintaining a high level of cleanliness and orderliness in a medical office building. Maintenance, upkeep of common areas; responding to emergencies inside and outside of building. The Porter will also assist the rest of the staff, as directed and or when needed, in their efforts to manage the different daily unique challenges in an efficient manner. Respond to property management needs in a timely manner with professionalism upholding Janco’s reputation.
Strongly Prefer someone with at least 6 months experience in an office setting or demonstrated a working knowledge of cleaning equipment and general cleaning processes.
Work Schedule- 10am to 4pm, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities-
- Collect/empty trash and recyclable receptacles
- Dusting, vacuum, sweep, mop floors, sinks etc.
- Cleaning high touch points such as glass and doors
