Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials, tools, and equipment to designated work areas
- Support skilled workers by preparing work sites, including cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents and injuries
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring proper usage and maintenance
- Help with site cleanup and disposal of debris to keep the work area tidy and compliant with safety standards
- Support the team in setting up scaffolding, barricades, or other temporary structures as needed
- Perform routine tasks such as digging trenches, mixing materials, or assisting with minor repairs under guidance
Experience
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, warehouse work, or similar manual labor roles is preferred but not required
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform strenuous activities for extended periods
- Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or industrial environments
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
