Cataler North America, a Toyota affiliate, currently has available Production Supervisor positions on 3rd shifts in our automotive catalyst manufacturing Lincolnton, NC location.
2nd shift is M-F 3pm-11:30pm
3rd shift is M-F 11pm-7:30am
The successful applicant for this position will:
Analyze production schedules and assign work as necessary for completion
Allocate manpower for production completion
Confirms parts and products conform to specifications
Direct and coach workers to grow in their positions
Establish or adjust work procedures based on production requirements
Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers solving work problems
Inputs and confirms the accuracy of payroll meeting weekly deadlines
Confirms production reports daily and corrects as needed
Resolves worker grievances or submits unsettled grievances to higher level
Requirements: Two or more years in a supervisory is position is required for consideration for this position (automotive manufacturing experience is a plus). Associates degree in a business related field is desired. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to direct and develop the workforce. Excellent people skills are a must. Must be able to communicate with tact and professionalism. This position is highly visible in a growing and fast paced work environment.
