What You'll Do:
- Drive Results: Lead with hands-on management, ensuring operational excellence and maintaining high property standards.
- Motivate Teams: Inspire, mentor, and guide onsite teams to meet and exceed company goals.
- Execute Strategies: Implement and oversee operational policies, preventive maintenance plans, bid comparisons, and proactive property enhancements.
- Deliver Success: Focus on marketing, social media, leasing, and income strategies to maximize occupancy and financial performance.
- Lead with Integrity: Lead with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to creating positive results.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: Multi-family field and 3+ years of multi-site management experience is required. Bilingual required.
- Compliance Expertise: Strong knowledge of federal and state housing regulations, including HUD, LIHTC, and Fair Housing policies. (not required but beneficial)
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Analytical Thinking: Skilled in budgeting, financial management, and creating strategic solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and property management software systems like Resman.
- Travel Ready: Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time when needed.
