We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and proper stock levels of supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, ensuring all beverage services meet guest expectations.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service practices.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and new products in the food industry.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in high volume settings
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the food service environment is essential.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques and cocktail preparation is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members.
