Drane Chiropractic is looking for a friendly, dependable Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. We are a family-focused practice that believes in treating every patient with kindness, respect, and genuine care.
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized in a fast-paced environment, and has experience working with insurance, claims, and patient accounts.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Lunch 1:00pm - 2:30pm
No weekend hours, paid holidays, and paid time off.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients
- Answer phones and assist with scheduling
- Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
- File insurance claims and follow up on unpaid claims
- Assist patients with questions regarding coverage and payments
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Support daily office operations and patient flow
- Keep treatment areas organized and stocked
Qualifications
- Previous chiropractic, medical, dental, or healthcare office experience preferred
- Experience with insurance verification and claim filing required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Positive attitude and team-player mindset
- Reliable and punctual
