Do you love great bread, meaningful conversations, and the smell of fresh coffee in the morning? Hudson Baking Co. is looking for a warm, reliable, and hardworking person to join our team as a Front of House Barista in our cozy sourdough bakery and café.
This is more than just a barista job — it’s a chance to be part of something real. We’re a small, family-run bakery deeply rooted in slow fermentation, local sourcing, and heartfelt community connection. Every shift here is about more than just coffee and pastries — it’s about people.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers with genuine warmth and hospitality
- Make beautifully crafted espresso drinks and pour-over coffee
- Keep the café tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked
- Pack bread and pastries with care and attention to detail
- Share knowledge about our baked goods and the ingredients we use
- Jump in where needed — we’re a small team, and we lift together
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who loves people and takes pride in good service
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
- Previous barista or food service experience is preferred, but not required
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment — especially weekend mornings
- Punctual, dependable, and kind — always
