Position Summary
As a Carpenter / Multi-Skilled Craftsman, you will complete a wide range of carpentry, repair, installation, and maintenance projects for residential and commercial customers. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on trade experience who can work independently, stay organized, and deliver excellent results while representing our company in a professional way.
Responsibilities
- Complete carpentry and repair projects including framing, trim work, door installation, cabinet installation, siding, roofing, drywall, and related tasks
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment
- Install and repair items such as doors, windows, cabinetry, fixtures, and other building components
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Provide outstanding customer service on every job
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Troubleshoot jobsite challenges and recommend practical solutions
- Complete work with strong attention to detail, quality, and customer expectations
Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry, general construction, remodeling, or residential/commercial repair work
- Strong skills in areas such as framing, trim carpentry, drywall, doors, cabinets, and general maintenance
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, measurements, or job specifications when needed
- Ability to lift and move materials and perform physically active work throughout the day
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset
