Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare and assemble menu items following established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Take customer orders at the counter or drive-thru, providing friendly service and upselling where appropriate.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including food handling, bussing tables, and kitchen surfaces.
- Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Assist with food prep, packaging, and serving to ensure quick turnaround times in a fast-food environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is a plus but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices preferred.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently.
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
