Role Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary customer contact, conducting detailed vehicle inspections to assess structural, body, mechanical, and internal damage while guiding customers through the repair process with confidence and care.

Prepare accurate repair estimates by evaluating damage, determining parts and materials required, and calculating labor and paint costs to ensure profitable and timely repairs.

Collaborate closely with technicians to review repair needs, monitor restoration quality, and ensure completed work meets all quality standards; authorize additional repairs when necessary.

Communicate directly with insurance companies to negotiate repair costs, approvals, and payment obligations, ensuring a smooth claims process.

Maintain exceptional customer service throughout the repair lifecycle to build trust, satisfaction, and repeat business.

Advanced knowledge of vehicle mechanical and collision repair procedures.

Insurance and Collision Estimator experience REQUIRED (compensation based on experience).
