Compensation: $180,000–$220,000 base+ (base + production, based on experience and performance)

We are seeking a confident and motivated Emergency Veterinarian who enjoys managing urgent and complex cases while working in a supportive, well-equipped hospital.

As an Emergency Veterinarian at Baytown Animal Hospital, you will:
Manage emergencies and urgent care cases
Perform diagnostics and develop treatment plans
Interpret imaging and laboratory results
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records
Collaborate with a strong technician team to deliver efficient care
Strong technician and senior technician support
Access to advanced equipment (Ultrasound, Endoscopy, in-house lab, CT)
Efficient workflow designed to support doctor productivity
Privately owned — no corporate restrictions
Leadership that values autonomy, accountability, and growth
DVM or equivalent degree (licensed or eligible in Texas)
Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
Ability to handle emergency and urgent care cases confidently
Team-oriented with a high level of professionalism
Interest in growth and continuous improvement
