This role is for you if
- You've consistently turned 40–50 flat-rate hours
- You're strong across brakes, suspension, HVAC, driveline, engines, and transmissions
- You diagnose efficiently when needed and move on
- You want to be fed work, not hunt for it
- You take pride in clean, fast, accurate repairs — and you bring zero drama
Requirements (strict)
- 5+ years professional experience as a true A-level tech
- Proven high production (be ready to give real numbers)
- Own tools + quality diagnostic scanner
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Reliable, drama-free work ethic
Big plus — extra pay
- Light-diesel capability (6.7 Powerstroke, 6.6 Duramax, 6.7 Cummins). We're expanding into diesel and will pay a premium for a tech who can run it.
- Euro experience a plus.
The deal
We pay for production and we make production easy. If you produce, you earn — a lot. If you need to be carried, this isn't your shop.
