Duties

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal service and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring all meals meet client specifications.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other culinary tools.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting shortages as necessary.
