What You’ll Do
- Meet with customers in-person to discuss AT&T products and services
- Build relationships with new and existing customers through strong communication
- Help customers find the best wireless, internet, and entertainment solutions
- Generate and maintain customer accounts
- Work alongside leadership to hit individual and team sales goals
- Help answer questions, resolve concerns, and create positive customer experiences
- Participate in hands-on training focused on sales, leadership, and customer engagement
- Help manage customer relationships from start to finish
- Help maintain a professional and energetic team environment
- Help represent the AT&T brand with confidence and professionalism
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to work in-person and interact with customers daily
- Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or service industry experience is a plus

- Reliable transportation is preferred
