About the Role
The Community Sales is responsible for managing the full sales process for assigned new construction communities—from lead engagement and model home tours to purchase agreement and close of escrow. This role is critical in ensuring a top-tier customer experience, and maintaining clear communication among sales, construction, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all sales efforts for assigned new home communities.
- Conduct buyer consultations, model home tours, and present floor plans, pricing, and customization options.
- Drive lead follow-up, appointment setting, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with construction and operations teams on home status updates, timelines, and buyer walkthroughs.
- Partner with the marketing team to promote community visibility through events, signage, digital marketing, and agent outreach.
- Maintain accurate buyer files, DRE-compliant documentation, and weekly status reports.
- Supervise and train Sales Assistants or online support staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Active California Real Estate Salesperson License (DRE license) is required.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in new home or residential sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong sales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with CRM systems, MLS, and construction timeline coordination.
- Must be available to work weekends and on-site at model homes.

The expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $300,000 per year. The actual salary offer will be determined based on the successful candidate's geographic location, relevant experience, and specific skill sets, in accordance with California laws. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
