Us: We are a team of badass coffee impresarios and sandwich rockstars. We only work five days a week and never past 7:30 pm. We are located in the heart of downtown Baltimore on all of the major bus routes. Our shops are inside the campus of the University of Maryland, Baltimore - Law School, Dental School, and Medical School. We serve students, researchers, professors, and smart people all day long.
You: You have a minimum of 1 year experience as a barista. You know your way around an espresso machine. You notice the details. You can have a pleasant conversation with a customer. You can put together ridiculous (in a good way) sandwiches and salads. You're able to lift heavy things every so often (50 pounds at the most). You have accurate math skills. You clean up your mess and are able to be accountable. You are reliable and a great team player. You can lead by example.
This position is seasonal, from August to December, and then from January to May. There may be an option for long-term for the right person.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
