What You'll Do
As an Installation Technician, you'll work alongside our team installing and commissioning a variety of commercial automation systems, including:
- Automated irrigation and fertigation systems
- Environmental control systems
- Commercial lighting systems
- Dehumidifiers and HVAC support equipment
- Environmental sensors and monitoring devices
- Grow benches, rolling tables, and equipment supports
- Water filtration and distribution equipment
- PVC, PEX, copper, and flexible tubing
- Electrical control panels and low-voltage wiring
- Equipment mounting, assembly, and commissioning
Every day is different, and projects range from new facility construction to equipment upgrades and retrofits.
What We're Looking For
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience in construction, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, HVAC, controls, or automation
- Comfortable using power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and installation layouts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders when needed
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel for projects when required
Bonus Experience
Not required, but a plus:
- Commercial irrigation systems
- Low-voltage controls
- PLCs or industrial automation
- Electrical conduit and wiring
- Mechanical assembly
- Water treatment or filtration systems
- Networking or control system commissioning
