TEMP-TO-HIRE POSITION, OVERTIME AVAILABLE, PER DIEM PROVIDED!
- PAY: $28-$32/hour (based on experience)
- PER DIEM: Hotel + $30/day for days worked (when traveling)
- HOURS: Expected shifts will be 10-hour workdays; approximately 45-50 hours/week
- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday; 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- START DATE: ASAP

Flatwork Concrete Worker Job Description:
Superior Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Flatwork Concrete Worker to join a commercial concrete crew based in the Sheboygan, WI area. This position focuses on commercial flatwork and foundation projects throughout Wisconsin. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and willing to travel as projects require.
Daily responsibilities include preparing and grading job sites, setting forms, placing and finishing concrete, installing reinforcement, operating hand and power tools, and assisting with foundation and flatwork construction while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications for Flatwork Concrete Worker:
- 3+ years of commercial concrete experience preferred
- Strong experience with flatwork and concrete foundations
- Experience setting forms, placing, screeding, floating, edging, and finishing concrete
- Ability to read grade stakes and work from project layouts is a plus
- Must be local to the Appleton/Kaukauna area and willing to travel throughout Wisconsin as needed
- Must be able to safely use hand tools, power tools, and required PPE
- Must be able to perform physically demanding work including standing, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Position requires the use of standard PPE - hard hat, steel toed boots, safety vest, gloves
Additional Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
