Responsibilities of the Administrative Interns
Job duties vary within the department and by the position. Please indicate the area for which you are applying by completing the supplemental questions in the job posting.
Create, maintain, and enter information into databases or software programs.- Answer telephones to direct calls or provide information.
- Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions.
- Perform other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested, which may include recordkeeping, maintain office supplies and coordinate equipment maintenance, and handling packages and correspondence.
- Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
- Maintain files and filing systems in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
