- Participate in catering events and special functions, providing exceptional food service and presentation
Skills
- Proven experience in dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with specialized meal prep requirements
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling within restaurant or food industry settings
- Exceptional knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation for various cuisines, including fine dining standards
