Advanced Test Equipment Corporation (ATEC) is hiring a high-performing Business Development Representative to drive growth, expand market presence, and close new business in the test and measurement equipment industry.

What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities with prospective customers
- Analyze emerging markets and trends to develop targeted growth strategies
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to build relationships and generate leads
- Identify and recommend new product opportunities to expand ATEC’s rental inventory
- Manage product lifecycle strategy—including utilization, upgrades, and replacements
- Partner with marketing to develop customer-focused solutions and website content
- Build strong vendor relationships and coordinate vendor trainings and site visits
- Track all activity, customer insights, and pipeline data in CRM
- Monitor performance and report on business development metrics and growth initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 6+ years of technical sales or business development experience
- Proven ability to close deals, exceed quotas, and build long-term client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Ability to translate technical solutions into customer-driven value
