Autumn House Williamsburg is looking for a full-time maintenance assistant to add to our team.

Autumn House is a Cardinal Senior Living community located at 4354 Mount Hope Rd, Williamsburg, MI 49690

Skills Required:

Experience as a Maintenance Assistant
Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various maintenance tasks. This includes but is not limited to:

Performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
Assisting with repairs and troubleshooting issues
Keeping maintenance areas clean and organized
Following safety protocols and guidelines
Communicating with supervisors and team members
