Positive Outlooks LLC is a Home Care Agency providing supports to the elderly and disabled throughout CT. We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to provide care to those in need. Duties:
Support Staff will be responsible for following care plans developed for the individual they are providing services for. Responsibilities to include but not limited to accompanying to medical appointments, recreational activities, or errands of client's choice as well as assisting individuals within the home with cooking, cleaning, organizing as well as instruction-based services.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age
- Female
- Valid Connecticut Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation with valid car registration and insurance
- Ability to obtain the certifications required for positionin which you are applying for
- Knowledge and understanding of working with individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries and/or Developmental Disabilities as well as the elderly population
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and a multidisciplinary team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
