Key Responsibilities for the Senior HRIS Analyst:
- Support and enhance SAP HRIS systems, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Partner with HR and Payroll teams to optimize system processes and workflows
- Analyze and resolve complex HRIS issues and system defects
- Support system testing, upgrades, and implementations
- Develop and maintain HR reporting and data integrity processes
Qualifications for the Senior HRIS Analyst:
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, preferably within SAP environments
- Strong experience supporting HR systems, reporting, and integrations
- Experience troubleshooting complex system issues
- Prior exposure to system implementations or upgrades preferred
