Requirements
Applicants must have a working knowledge of diesel engines and backpack blowers.
Possess skills to preform minor engine repairs and perform preventative maintenance on a fleet of 10 trucks.
Capability of using tire repairing equipment, small hand tools, drills, grinders, air-powered tools, MIG & Oxy-Acetylene welding, torque wrench and hydraulic jacks a plus.
Vehicle paint and body work a plus.
Must have an ability to troubleshoot & diagnose electrical, mechanical and hydraulic issues and communicate diagnosis.
Must have knowledge of auto parts & terminology
Perform safety inspections on equipment and maintain a clean safe work environment.
Must be able to work in a job site environment for extensive periods to include lifting 60 lbs., bending, squatting, crouching and reaching
High school diploma, valid driver’s license with clean driving record for 3 years and must be able to pass drug test and maintain a negative drug screen and have a clean criminal record
Availability
5 days a week from 7:00am to 3:30pm (40 hours)
