HVAC Service Technicians for a direct hire opportunity.
**This is a direct hire opportunity. Day one, you are a full-time employee of the organization.**

What You Will Be Doing
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and equipment diagnostics
- Replace and repair compressors, motors, belts, filters, controls, and related components
- Respond to service calls at commercial facilities including healthcare, education, and institutional environments
- Complete preventative maintenance and repair work
- Work independently or alongside another technician depending on project scope
- Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
What We Are Looking For
- HVAC service experience in commercial or residential environments
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of HVAC equipment
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and customer service skills
- Desire to work in a team-oriented, long-term environment
